The Republic of Kartia

The Republic of Kartia is a country located beside indonesia.  it was founded by venezuelan-russian dictator Jeffrey Evtikhievich Vasiliev in 1996.

He founded a new country because he was the Captain of a ship called Temporary which was the size of soccer field. There was one other crew member who would go on to become his Vice-Dictator,  Malik Su Huong. On the ship, his job was cooking.

The Republic of Karatia was entirely uninhabited before Jeffery and Malik arrived in 1996.

They decided to found a new country there because they liked the weather on Kartia's three islands
