On June 28th, 2026 Dictator Jeffrey Evtikhievich Vasiliev was visited by Dr. Ailani Leilani, Prime Minister of The Island Nation of O'hua'hu to sign a peace treaty in front of the famous city hall in Huong Plaza.
Among the areas of agreement is that Kartia will be sending their world-class Ultimate Frisbee team as well as their Ostrich Racing team to the 2027 O'hua'hu Games.
Dr. Ailani Leilani is particularly excited to study the birds and natural fauna of the unique desert-mangrove climate in each of the three islands of Kartia. Vice-Dictator Malik Su Huong has given Dr. Leilani permission to bring some of the livestock of Kartia back to O'hua'hu for study and for placing in the famously known Zoo of O'hua'huu, the one beside the volcano.
